Keyword cannibalization is when similar pages are in competition with themselves for search position. It can have the unintentional effect of lowering your top-performing page, overall.
This plugin calculates a TF-IDF (term frequency, inverse document frequency) score based on existing crawler data. A normalized score (0-1) is then calculated.
High scores on unintended pages? Fear not. You can correct course by replacing target phrases, and/or by linking back to the priority page with some juicy keywords.
Language support utilizes stemming and stopwords to improve accuracy. It is useful, but not necessary. Select "None" to bypass.
Installing Plugins
Keyword Cannibalization comes pre-installed as a CORE plugin in your InterroBot application, along with a suite of ready-to-use utilities—no additional installation needed.
InterroBot is a web crawler and developer tool for Windows, macOS, and Android.
