Version 2.12.0 Released
InterroBot 2.12.0 adds a full command-line interface for Desktop, and migrates core plugins to native components.
The CLI is the headline feature. You can create and manage projects, run crawls, query the search index, and generate reports from the terminal. The CLI shares a database with the GUI — projects and crawl data created in one are available in the other, so you can set up projects visually, schedule crawls with cron, and review results in whichever interface suits the moment. Output defaults to human-readable text, with JSON, CSV, and WARC available for scripting and AI workflows. JavaScript rendering works on Windows and Linux. The CLI is available on Windows, macOS, and Linux, though not the Windows Store edition. See the CLI reference for the full command set, scripting recipes, and examples.
The six core plugins have moved to native components. The practical difference is better performance and tighter integration with the rest of the application, specifically CLI access. Third-party plugins continue to run as before.
Additionally, from forms to links, keyboard and tab navigation along with general accessibility has improved.
v2.12.0 is available now for download (Windows/Linux), or on App Store, Google Play, or Windows Store.
InterroBot is a web crawler and developer tool for Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android.
